  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details.


2. Shipping Within Pakistan

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your city/region.

  • We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all domestic orders.


3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship selected products internationally.

  • Delivery times vary by country (usually 10–20 business days).

  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.


5. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

  • Zeekays is not responsible for such delays but will assist you in tracking your package.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures of the item and packaging.

  • In case of lost packages, we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
