Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Please note that items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, please contact us at shoppbyzeekays@gmail.com info@zeekays.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
